I’ve been blogging for a few years now, between showing off my outfits, sharing my favorite things from each month, and explaining why I left my favorite phone company.

So why did I decide to focus more on blogging? I’ve always been interested in writing. In elementary school, I remember submitting my work to writing contests every year. When I was younger I kept a journal where I would write about all the “super exciting” things that happened to me every day. I’m glad I had that, because looking back on those posts is absolutely hilarious. I’ll try to find the notebooks so I can share my hilarity with the internet-world. And in 2017, blogging is definitely the new journaling, but even better. Being online, you get to instantly connect with people from all around the world. As I’ve said many times before, I’ve met people through social media that have become very close friends of mine! So I want to share my thoughts and ideas with the world, while finding others who care and are interested in similar things.

And while my goal for this year is to create more content via blogging and social media, I also want it to be beneficial to other people. While I’m not an expert on all things social media, I am pretty knowledgeable about the topic. In the age where social media reins supreme, everyone could use a little help on one platform or another. So hopefully I’ll write something that can help you out! And if there’s something specific you’re looking for, please let me know!

Since I’m not very good at keeping (or making) New Years resolutions, I figured March was a better time than ever to start! At this point people have gotten more lax with their “go to the gym every day” resolution, so they have more time to read blogs! Wow, it’s like I planned this all along.
