When people say this housing market is crazy, they aren’t kidding. I’ve lost count how many houses I’ve looked at. 3 of the 4 offers were over the asking price. I even included an adorable picture of Anthony and myself and stories about how desperate we were!

NOTHIN. I clearly don’t even have advice for those looking to start the house hunting process, because nothing worked for me. Well…that’s a lie, I do have some advice: don’t. Just give up now. It’s a nightmare out there people.
